By accessing or using TrademarkDoc.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrademarkDoc provides automated trademark specimen generation services, including:

Website screenshot capture with USPTO-compliant formatting
PDF specimen generation
Email delivery of generated specimens

Important: TrademarkDoc is a document preparation service, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. For legal questions about your trademark application, consult a licensed attorney.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not submit URLs containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content
Not attempt to circumvent security measures

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in US dollars
Payment is required before specimen generation
We accept major credit cards via Stripe
All sales are final unless the Service fails to deliver

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if we are unable to capture a screenshot of your URL or if technical issues prevent delivery. Refunds will NOT be issued for user error or change of mind after generation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do NOT guarantee USPTO acceptance of generated specimens. You are solely responsible for selecting a legally sufficient specimen.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADEMARKDOC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
